Girls' Football

A competitive fixture played at a high tempo on a glorious sunny Saturday afternoon. It was a close first half with spells of good pressure and positive link up play with our forward players. There was an excellent break through with Leggy through on goal with the opposition's keeper standing her ground to close out the opportunity. A brave goal keeping display from Grace helped to keep the score line at bay with great shot stopping skills and quick to reactions off the line. A resilient team performance with some strong challenges across the pitch with our players stepping up on all fronts. We hope to take this momentum forwards into our final two games of the season.
