An excellent evening of fine dining and smart attire was enjoyed by all at the annual 6th Form Dinner...
This formal dinner saw Sixth Form pupils dressed in dinner jackets and stylish dresses, to both enjoy each other’s company and understand more about such occasions.
With a seating plan expertly created by the Senior Prefects, pupils from each year group were mixed together, providing a chance to grow together as a Sixth Form, as they got to know each other better. A delicious menu of bruschetta, duck and chocolate brownies, served by volunteer waiters from amongst the teaching staff, delighted all those in attendance. A table magician added to the fun of the occasion, causing occasional shrieks of amazement and lots of fun.
After the dinner, pupils headed across to the Sixth Form Club for further socialising and dancing until it was time to head back to Houses.
A huge thanks to the caterers, the volunteer staff and to Mrs Bird for organising. And indeed thanks to the pupils, who were fine company through the evening and in excellent spirits.
