Harriet, Sebastian, Winnie and Sunny represented King’s Bruton at the annual Heads of School Leadership Conference at Wells Cathedral School...
Sebastian - The Heads of School Conference was an informative and enriching experience for all involved. It was particularly good to work on public speaking and building confidence in unfamiliar environments. These are two fundamental life skills that are integral to our roles, thus making the day highly insightful and valuable.
Harriet - ‘What a useful experience! It was great to develop contacts with other Heads of School in the South West who we can now mutually support throughout the years endeavours.'
Winnie - The Heads of School conference at Wells was a fascinating day, we developed many skills such as public speaking and chairing meetings, as well as delving into topics such as leadership style. Alongside this, it was a fantastic opportunity to network and meet fellow Heads of School and Prefects from the surrounding area, many of whom I will keep in touch with.
Sunny - The session was both enriching and interesting and I will definitely be looking forward to implementing and sharing what I learnt to the Prefect team and to the School.
