The Vocal Concert was a brilliant showcase of talent, featuring an eclectic mix of classical, musical theatre, and more contemporary pieces. The programme was thoughtfully curated, allowing each performer to shine in their unique way.

The concert also featured some exquisite art songs, including Go Lovely Rose (Quilter) and Far from the Home I Love (Harnick/Bock). Beyond the classical and art song selections, the evening featured some delightful duets. Lucy and Annabel’s rendition of The Letter Duet (Mozart) was a particular highlight, their voices blending effortlessly. The night ended on a light-hearted and humorous note with Xander and Sebastian’s The Gendarmes Duet (Offenbach), which had the audience smiling with its playful energy.

There were many brilliant performances and the evening was a celebration of vocal music at King’s, with each performer bringing something special to the stage. Well done and congratulations to all!
