An update on the latest equestrian news...
On Bank Holiday Monday, five of our competitive King’s Bruton riders braved the gales and rains to try to qualify for The British Show Jumping National Championships. (The winning team and the top three individuals qualify for The Championships).
Freya rode as an Individual and took part in the 80cm and the 90cm qualifiers and had two fabulous double clears, sadly just out of the placings.
Anouska, Lilah, Anna and Emily took part in the 90cm and the 100cm qualifiers as a team and won both classes.
This success qualifies them to compete against many other schools at The Nationals on 8th and 9th August at Stoneleigh in Warwickshire.
A fantastic and exciting opportunity for our young riders.
