The boarders had a brilliant time at Go Ape.

Twenty-four intrepid 3rd Form and four L6th Form boarders travelled to Go Ape in Hampshire on Sunday afternoon. On arrival, the pupils were divided into three groups with each group given a key safety instruction talk before starting on the 11m high TreeTop Challenge. This high rope suspended walkway is an impressive feat of engineering with a wide variety of rope walks, tree platforms, zip wires and Tarzan swings.

The boys and girls quickly got to grips with the safety carabiner and pulley system, and they sped through the challenge with increasing confidence. The weather was kind to us and great time was had by all. It was a tired but happy group who returned to school for supper.

Thank you to Miss Ling, Mrs Vigers-Belgeonne and Mr Keogh for taking the trip.
