It was another successful and competitive inter-house tennis event, which saw tennis of the highest quality being played.

Priory dominated in the juniors and seniors winning with ease. They were strong on serve and were able to force mistakes from their opponents. The junior team included Molly F, Chloe G, Morgan V  and Izzy F. Both pairs communicated well and were able to produce good tennis at pivotal moments.

New House won the senior boys comfortably. New House’s 1st pair, JJ and Max won 6-1, 6-3 to secure 2 legs on the board. Ewan and Ludo had a harder time closing out the match against Blackford. It was a game that included some good tactical play and had several deuces. They managed to play their best tennis in the tie break and won 6-4 4-6 (10-4) to make it 4/4 wins for New house.

Blackford managed to scrape the win for the junior boys on a game count. Moritz and Algie managed to seal 2 wins for Blackford, giving them an early lead. New House put up a good fight, after being 3-0 down, Buster and Jose managed to claw the game back to 3-2 with some poor unforced errors from the Blackford team. Blackford eventually got the job done and won 4-2 which proved to be important in the overall score.
