The Easter holiday sports coaching sessions were a great success.

It was fantastic to see the amount of interest in the sports coaching sessions which were on at King’s over the Easter holidays. Cricket, tennis and hockey were on offer, and it was wonderful to see the facilities in use once again and with some excellent sport being played. With so many children desperate to get playing again, I am delighted that we could offer the quality of coaching that we did. I am very much looking forward to offering further hockey, cricket and tennis camps in the Summer holidays, with exact details yet to be confirmed.

Henry Eriksson - Director of Sport

Over the Easter holiday, there was a lot of interest in hockey coaching regarding small group sessions and also one to one coaching. The standard was very high from everyone involved and the children had all come from different schools to do these sessions. We had children from Hazlegrove, Monkton Prep, All Hallows and Port Regis to name a few. It was great to see so many children want to get back out there and play some hockey on the brilliant facilities here at King’s Bruton.

Chris White - Assistant Head of Hockey

We had an enjoyable set of coaching sessions over the Easter holiday. with lessons focussed on improving technique and point play.
