Rugby vs Clayesmore

Team of the Week - 1^st XV 
The 1^st XV put on a fine display of attacking rugby against Clayesmore. We brought the same intensity in defence as last week and made sure Clayesmore didn’t look like scoring all match. Tactically we played in the right area’s with Theo and Johnny using the boot effectively. Strong carries from Hector, Luke and Ben gave us quick ball to play some Fijian style rugby at times. Rob scored a potential try of the season with a scintillating  run beating six fatigued Clayesmore players. A much better display in the lineouts which was led well by Alex and Liam. Overall, an outstanding performance which they fully deserve after all their efforts in pre-season and training.

U16A’s - Lost 21- 40

Hockey vs Bryanston

The girls’ hockey teams had a good block fixture with Bryanston.

The U15Bs remain unbeaten this year after another fantastic win yesterday. Pepa scored the first goal after being on the pitch for six minutes in her first ever hockey match, then Alexia scored two more brilliant set piece goals. The team played together fantastically and most of the players were worthy of the player of the match title, however Rachel was awarded the Player of the Match for her determination and the way she controlled the match with her play.
