A hugely enjoyable 1st Teams' Dinner...

Last Saturday evening, saw the Sports Department host the 1^st Teams' Formal Sports Dinner in what was a hugely enjoyable event, where the commitment, performances and successes of our fantastic pupils was very much celebrated. It was an opportunity for the Sports Department to recognise the significant contribution that the pupils at King’s make to sport, and it was great fun for us all to serve the pupils their three course meal. It was also wonderful to hear from each of the Captains as they provided a review of their season, and I am so grateful to them for the effort they put into preparing and delivering their excellent speeches.

It was my complete pleasure to organise the Sports 1^st Team Dinner last Saturday, and it was wonderful to see the Memorial Hall full of smiling faces, stunning dresses and lots of laughter. It is so important to celebrate our King’s pupils’ sporting successes, and this dinner was a fitting celebration to acknowledge the commitment they show week in and week out.
