The boarders had a great time at King's over the Exeat weekend.
Go-karting, walks, basketball, going for a run, blind eating challenges, no hands treasure hunts, games, hot chocolate by the river, watching films and rugby... all this and sumptuous treats of crumpets, chocolates, roast lunches, puddings galore and lots and lots of brownies.
Have a look at what they got up to below in video Tweets and photo album.
Exeats are important mini-breaks of pupils and staff in our very busy term but, again, we remained open this Exeat for over 30 of our boarders. I am very grateful to the Housemaster/mistresses for ensuring that the weekend was both relaxing but fun. I know that everyone enjoyed a refreshing weekend with plenty of downtime, food, lie-ins (which are vital for teenagers) and laughter.
Ian Wilmshurst, Headmaster.
