Harriet and Jess really enjoyed their quarantine in the Wellesley Annex

Jess and Harriet have spent the last 12 days in quarantine at Wellesley House.

They have had their own self-contained flat and private garden whilst they have been there. Delicious food was provided for the girls by the Chartwell’s Catering team and a team of 6 staff came and looked after them. I spent 2 nights and a day with them and they were in great spirits. They have both managed to get lots of work done, to relax and they had plenty of rest too. Harriet particularly liked reading outside whilst Jess was great at organising the cleaning. They also really enjoyed feeding the Wellesley hens. Whilst they were waiting for their PCR test to come through, they had to spend an extra 2 nights there, and Harriet ended up celebrating her 14th birthday.

The girls both say that the experience was so much better than they thought it would be, and apart from missing their friends, they have really enjoyed it. They are very pleased though now to return to Priory House and we are delighted to have them back.

A huge thanks to Mrs Loveless, Miss Ling, Donna and the Wellesley team for providing outstanding care for the girls.

"I am delighted that Harriet and Jessica have just finished their 10 day red-list quarantine. I have been very impressed with their mature, positive attitude throughout their quarantine time in the Wellesley annex and I know they were very grateful for all the support given by staff."
