Promotions were awarded to our Royal Navy Cadet NCOs...

The King’s Bruton Royal Navy CCF works because we have a track record of excellent Cadet NCOs who play an important role in the delivery of our programme. During the week, they may be organising logistics, such as equipment, or be practicing their own skills in preparation for Friday sessions. NCOs are also responsible for the delivery of Friday afternoon sessions to Junior Cadets, where NCOs adopt roles of leadership. To maintain this strength in the RN CCF, Officers are constantly observing our NCOs for their dedication and ability to lead and climb the ladder through promotion in line with the Royal Navy’s ethos of Commitment, Courage, Discipline, Respect, Loyalty and Integrity. Following weeks of observation, and culminating in promotion board interviews, it was an honour to award our latest round of promotions to our NCOs last Friday.
