An excellent afternoon of Maths...

On Thursday afternoon we welcomed Mr Shaw and eleven Year 8 pupils from Hazlegrove for a joint Mathematics event with some of our 3^rd Form pupils: Iyla (Wellesley), Marley (New), Willoughby (New), Sarah (Wellesley), Griff (New), Miguel (Blackford), Bronte (Wellesley), Eddie (New), Morgan (Priory) and Max (New). The pupils competed in mixed Hazlegrove/King’s teams to solve a range of difficult Maths problems. It was great to see some excellent teamwork over the afternoon.

Special thanks goes to our L6^th Form pupils: Yasmin (Priory), Leo (New) and Caspar (New). They helped with the administration of the afternoon by marking the teams’ work.
