A successful week of Scholarship Assessment Days...

King’s Bruton was delighted to welcome some very talented boys and girls to the Scholarship Assessment Days held last week. In all, over thirty pupils from eleven different schools came to showcase their skills and to sample some time at King’s.

Their talents in Art, Drama, Music, Design and Technology and Sport were all on show. The King’s Staff and senior pupils who assisted, were hugely impressed with the talent on display as the fields were exceptionally strong, which made the awarding process very difficult. The Headmaster interviewed all of the applicants and enjoyed hearing what they had to say. Whether they were successful or not, it gave the boys and girls a real insight into life at King’s, and they met and began to get to know many who will become their peers for five years. We thoroughly enjoyed the days, and the staff involved are excited at the prospect of such talented girls and boys joining us later this year. Thank you to those who attended, and we look forward to seeing you all in September.
