Exmoor provided a new challenge for the Ten Tors training expedition this weekend.
Exmoor was able to deliver inclement weather alongside some new terrain that the pupils had yet to experience. Two teams of ten pupils each navigated their way around the Moor familiarising themselves with the map and compass, alongside carrying the heaviest backpack they have experienced so far. There were some challenging hills and navigational legs but all the pupils came back in high spirits and seemed to have thoroughly enjoyed the experience. An album from the expedition can be seen below.
