A positive afternoon of rugby where we showed our depth and strength as a school...
King’s Bruton rugby hosted King’s College Taunton in a competitive senior fixture on Thursday 17th October, under blue skies and sunshine. Both games were played in traditional, positive, rugby spirit. Where we saw exciting, fast flowing rugby, intertwined with physical tackles and dominant carries. The U16A rugby team, battled throughout the game to finish with a well-deserved 29-19 win, where they defended on their line for long periods of the game but denied KCT a try. The King’s 2nd XV challenged a tough KCT 1st/2nd XV in a well fought, physical match, which they unfortunately lost but never gave up. A positive afternoon of rugby, for King’s Bruton, where we showed our depth and strength as a school. Well done to all involved.
