The BTEC Hospitality pupils have all enjoyed serving Afternoon Teas to the King’s staff over the last two weeks.
Due to Covid restrictions, numbers were limited so to ensure that all the pupils were able to gather vital evidence for their customer service units, and four separate Afternoon Tea events were organised. Alongside the sandwiches, scones, lashings of jam and clotted cream, the U6th Form pupils prepared and made cocktails. The Strawberry Daiquiri’s and King’s Mimosa’s were designed to show off their cocktail making skills which are required for their final BTEC unit.
The Afternoon Tea parties provided a wonderful opportunity for staff to enjoy a sumptuous high tea.
