On Friday afternoons a group of BTEC Hospitality pupils use the time to set up and prepare for events.
This week they gathered apples and used the large amount of fruit, kindly donated by staff, to make some seasonal Apple Chutney. The chutney will be used for the Ploughman’s Supper at the Friend’s Quiz Night on Friday 11th October. Along with local cheeses and bread the chutney should be a superb addition.
