Some fantastic aromas were being produced in the Hospitality Centre using a great selection of Indian spices and ingredients.
As part of the Asian Cuisine Unit the BTEC pupils have been selecting dishes from all parts of India, and with a partner they produced a main course and a bread to accompany their dish.
Next week we will look at preparing a wide selection of tasty side dishes and other spicy accompaniments from different regions of India.
Then we will move onto Japan before Half Term. Everyone is looking forward to mastering the challenges of Sushi making!
