Marco Pierre White dishes out top tips in inspirational talk to BTEC Hospitality students

The BTEC Hospitality students enjoyed an evening with Marco Pierre White who was the youngest British chef to be awarded 3 Michelin Stars. He gave a gentle and aspirational  talk  about life in some of the world’s top kitchens at Sexey’s School.

Our students were inspired by his story and his career advice: ‘visualise your dream and it can be attainable’, and ‘put your career in the hands  of someone your admire and who will look after you’.   Oh, and ‘never allow yourself to be judged by someone less able than yourself!’
