Men’s Health: A focus in November...

November is the month when King’s staff grow their impressive annual moustaches (Movember) to raise awareness of men's health including prostate cancer, testicular cancer, and men's suicide.

The 4^th and 5^th Form had a talk from Odd Balls, a charity who raise awareness of testicular cancer.

To support men’s health, we are also promoting the Haynes Men’s Manual, a useful tool kit, available at the bottom of the linked page which explains:

• How to be good to your heart
• How to get active
• How to handle ups and downs
