Whilst the first lockdown now seems like a distant memory, we are very much aware that we will still see the impact of this for some time to come.
What has become increasingly apparent, both at King’s and nationally, was the importance of remote learning and the continuation of education throughout this time. Much of the progress made by pupils this term has stemmed from the fantastic foundations that they built throughout the period of school closures and remote learning.
Whilst we recognise there will be challenges ahead, with further changes to courses and external examinations, I am pleased that many pupils at King’s are in a strong position to tackle these and to be successful in the future.
