The U6th Form BTEC Enterprise Charity Fête raised £122 for the King's Bruton School in a Bag Ukraine Crisis Appeal...

Every year the U6th Form BTEC Enterprise pupils run a Social Enterprise as part of their course. It is to encourage them to think about being a Social Entrepreneur and giving back to society in some way. In the past we have looked at society closer to home, but this year we decided to support the King's Bruton School in a Bag Ukraine Crisis Appeal.

15 BTEC Enterprise pupils sold crêpes, shortbread, sweets and delicious milkshakes. We even managed to acquire the use of the new Hospitality Trailer. Within the 30 minute breaktime, the pupils had managed to collect £122 for the Ukraine Appeal. I am incredibly proud of them.

Next year's BTEC Enterprise teams are already thinking of what to do! Thank you to our Catering Team, Chartwells, for their support and generosity.
