Christmas has taken over the Food Studies room!

3rd Form have been creating a village of gingerbread houses covering their houses in icing and a plethora of sweets - some of the sweets however, did not make it onto the houses. 4th Form made ‘Ultimate’ chocolate logs perfecting their sponge recipes. Whilst 5th Form created dishes for their assessment, cooking everything from shortbread and lemon posset to tomato soup and bread!

We hope they continue making excellent dishes over the Christmas break.
