3rd Form made Chicken Fajitas learning how to incorporate lots of different spices and flavours to their cooking.
They improved their chopping skills, hopefully cutting an onion without crying, as well as using the correct chopping board for chicken to prevent cross contamination. At the end of the lesson we thought about the eight tips for healthy eating.
