Sixth Form pupils enjoyed a Formal Dinner...
A highlight of the King’s Bruton Sixth Form social calendar is the Formal Dinner, held each year in the Easter Term. It’s a chance to dress up in smart dinner suits and stylish dresses, whilst enjoying fine food and good conversation. With a seating plan devised by the Heads and Deputy Heads of School, the year groups were mixed together and the Memorial Hall, a super setting for such an occasion, was filled with buzz of discussion.
The food was excellent, with trout, duck and chocolate on the rich menu. With a table magician to dazzle and entertain the pupils, a lot of fun was had by all. The evening did not end there, as the pupils then headed down to the Sixth Form Club, to dance away the rest of the evening, or just enjoy some good company together.
