The 4th Form have been learning about food waste, and as such, have completed a ‘Ready Steady Cook’ activity as a way of using up ingredients that would otherwise have gone to waste.
The 4th Form Food Preparation and Nutrition pupils, whilst learning about food waste, have found ingenious and delicious ways of using up ingredients. From stir-fry’s, gourmet burgers, Bolognese, fritters to chicken traybakes, minestrone, chilli tacos and much more, the food room was a hive of activity.
Very well done to the 4th Form for all their dishes.
