The Sixth Form bubble enjoyed Yoga this week.
We are very fortunate to have Clare Torday as our yoga teacher. She visits twice a week and offers an alternative fitness option to team games and cross country.
The pupils are challenged and every week, more difficult movements are introduced to the programme.
This is the Sixth Form bubble doing yoga, to work on core muscle strength and composure.
