Throughout the month of May, I am running every day to raise money for the RNLI. The Mayday Mile Challenge is an annual event through the month of May where anyone can get involved as the summer seasons approach and coastal areas become busier. These donations support RNLI volunteers, fuel lifeboats and provide crew members with kit or training as they perform search and rescue missions to save lives around the UK’s coast. With almost 8,000 volunteers across the UK and Ireland, the RNLI work year-round to raise awareness and educate people on water safety to create a safer environment for everyone to enjoy!
