On Sunday 9^th June, New House held its annual Charity Rounders event.

It was great to see lots of the School getting involved with seven teams formed in total from across all houses. It was an enjoyable afternoon and fortunately the sun was shining for the most part helping to encourage a lot of non-playing spectators to come and support. Lots of the New House boys showed great initiative by helping to organise the afternoon and ensuring the afternoon ran smoothly by umpiring, cooking on the BBQ, selling refreshments, collecting money, setting up pitches and various other tasks.

Well done to the winning team, New House and to the runners up, Lyon House. Our thanks go to all who supported the afternoon and particularly to Mr Hawley who managed the draw and scoring. A total of £95.77 was raised for charity.
