Hockey vs Kingswood School

• Saturday saw our hockey teams line up against Kingswood in a difficult yet very competitive block fixture. There were pleasing victories for the 1^st XI and U15A teams, whilst there was considerable progress made by all the teams from last week’s fixtures.
• 1^st XI - Won 1-0. Goal - Harriet. Player of the Match - Georgia.
• 2^nd XI - Lost 5-0. Player of the Match - Sophie.
• 3^rd XI - Drew 0-0. Players of the Match - Polly & Ellie.
• 4^th XI - Lost 6-0. Player of the Match - Lottie.
• U15A - Won 2-0. Goals & Player of the Match - Ella.
• U15B - Drew 3-3. Goals - Holly Gillam. Player of the Match - Holly & Alice.
• U14A - Lost 5-0. Player of the Match - Florence.
• U14B - Lost 1-0. Player of the Match - Kitty & Louise.

• Lost 30-24
• A close encounter against a strong Downside team with many games going to sudden death deuce. I was hugely impressed with the effort of all pupils from the King's team. The man of the match goes to Sebastian for winning all 3 singles games and 2/3 doubles matches.
