Week 7 Hockey Round-Up...

Independent Schools Hockey Cup

It was another good week of hockey. The U15s, unfortunately, saw their cup run come to an end as they were beaten in the last 16 of the Independent Schools Hockey Cup. An improved second half performance wasn’t enough as they lost 3-0 to a good Reed’s team. Charlie was awarded man of the match.

Matches vs Clayesmore

There were also some excellent performances in the block fixture versus Clayesmore on Saturday and the results were as follows:

1^st XI won 1-0: Player of Match - Murray 
2^nd XI drew 1-1: Player of Match - Bertie 
3^rd XI won 4-1: Player of Match - Felix 
4^th XI won 3-1: Player of Match - Darius

U15A won 3-0: Player of Match - Jeevan 
U15B lost 2-1: Player of Match - Ludo 
U14A lost 2-1: Player of Match - Harry 
U14B won 3-2: Player of Match - Archie 

The U14Bs are Team of the Week for their first victory of the season.
