A fast paced Inter-House Science Quiz...

On Tuesday 28^th February, King’s held its annual Inter-House Science Quiz. A fast-paced knockout competition that saw Houses answer a series of questions across the sciences. In the early rounds, New House set the standard, answering 19 questions correctly in an impressive victory over Arion. This saw New House progress straight to the Final. The Quarter Final and Semi Final rounds were incredibly close, with all Houses showing fantastic knowledge of the sciences. Impressive performances from Dylan of Lyon House, as well as Ben from Blackford House saw both teams progress through their rounds. The Final saw Blackford and New House battle it out, with questions ranging from Astrophysics to the periodic table, and from biochemistry through to famous inventors. After a very impressive performance in the Final, New House ran out clear winners and gained the House points for the overall inter-house competition. A special mention must go to Bodo of New House, who correctly answered the highest number of questions throughout the rounds. Well done to all involved!
