Great team spirit at the Swimming Gala vs Godolphin School...

The Swimming Gala against Godolphin Girl’s school was held away on Monday 22^nd January at 4pm for the Junior Girls. We took a small team due to hockey fixtures and play rehearsals, but all the girls had a great time and had a go at all four strokes and the relays! Isla gained Swimmer of the Gala for victories in the 50m Backstroke, a near miss in the 50m Freestyle and for supplying all the swimming hats due to Ms Bell-West leaving the School hats behind! It was great to see the tumble-turns, the dives and the relay takeovers; as well as the team spirit. A great start to the season. The next Gala is for all year groups, both boys and girls, against Queen's School Taunton on Tuesday 27^th February 2024. Team selection will happen very soon.
