Many faces, both the regulars and many who had not returned to King’s since they left, gathered together to reminisce about life at King’s.
For two hours they were treated to an almost non-stop flow of canapes, made and served by King’s Hospitality BTec students whilst admiring the current art exhibition, Diversity – a celebration of the works of many Old Brutonians who have progressed from the King’s Art Department into careers in the visual arts. The icing on the cake was the first public viewing of the outline plans for the new Music School. Mr Wilmshurst explained, with the aid of televised architect’s drawings, the plans for this exciting new project.
It is very much hoped that future gatherings of the First of the Month Club will take place on the school campus.
