The U6^th Form Business Studies and Economics pupils had a great day out in London, writes John Slingo, Head of Business Studies and Economics.

The pupils first visited the world renowned financial news service organisation Bloomberg. Here the pupils were shown around the organisation by a recent finance graduate who then went on to explain how their financial expertise is translated to their clients. We then headed off to Stamford Bridge the home of Chelsea Football Club. Here the pupils were shown around the stadium itself, dressing rooms, dug outs and press room. This was followed by a highly informative lecture on the huge sums of money involved in the business of football.
